Wow! I can’t believe we’re already halfway through January. 2012 is going to be an exciting year for the Morning Center, and the first two weeks have already been action-packed.

Since I’m the project manager, I figured that I’d give everyone a project update once a month.

The first two weeks of this year we have been diligently vision-setting, putting the final touches on our business/ministry plan, and planning our next visits to Memphis and Charlotte. Burt Stouffer is in Memphis right now and then we’ll be heading to Charlotte and the Cities for Life Banquet at the end of the week. Please pray for endurance through these meetings, that the Lord would go before each meeting and prepare everyone’s hearts and that each of these meetings would be profitable.

And, what’s around the corner you ask? Well, our new website will be launched very soon (yep, we’re excited!). Plans for our first fundraiser in Memphis  (probably in March) are well underway – more details on that coming soon! Besides fundraising every day we’ve also started to recruit volunteers and employees in each of our pilot cities. And, we’re diligently researching the best quality of medical equipment, ultrasounds, and RV’s.
